RETURN POLICY
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. As hairdressing scissors are wear items, we cannot take back or refund a used scissor.
RETURN FOR REFUND
To complete your return for refund, we require an invoice or proof of purchase. Do not return your item without prior validation by our team.
For all requests for returns or refunds, please contact us by e-mail: hello@myciseauxcoiffure.com (you will receive a reply within 24/48 hours).
If your return is approved, your original payment will be credited automatically within a few days.
Only normal-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged in certain cases. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an e-mail at hello@myciseauxcoiffure.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you have returned their gift.
You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €1, we recommend that you use a tracking service (Colissimo, DHL, UPS) and have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
