Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION :

All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock on the date of your order, we will notify you and let you know when we can deliver it to you or, alternatively, we will refund the full amount of your order, according to the original payment method .

PLACE OF DELIVERY :

The items available on our website can be delivered worldwide, however the buyer is responsible for the taxes of their country of delivery. We are a French company and all our packages are shipped from France.

DELIVERY TIME :

We do everything we can to ship orders within 24/48 hours. Orders sometimes ship the same day. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Deliveries are mainly made by Colissimo with signature. The delivery date may vary depending on the delivery practices of the carrier, the delivery location, the delivery method or the items ordered. Additionally, items may be shipped in separate shipments. Allow an average transport time of 48 hours for delivery in mainland France.

SHIPPING COSTS:

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT:

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
